my vr isn’t charging

I was playing project demigod and while I was playing it was at 0 percent and when I went on another game the vr turned off and cant charge. Is there something wrong with the battery

not really an awnser, but if you are able to fix this try to keep it above at least 5% when charging it, the reason you still have play time at 0 is bc its not good for the quest to charge when 100% dead.

It just comes up with the meta logo then the out of battery sign

try to contact meta themselves, you may have to send it in for repair or even get a new one.

Its charging when i plug it in to the official charger

try that, the other one may not be powerful enough

prob cus the charger is old and also the battery for a quest 2 goes bad if u keep on leaving it plugged in after its at 100%
