If you want to play Minecraft vr without a pc I would suggest getting Questcraft because it works without the use of a cable.
In my experience with my Quest 2 I’ve been able to use the charging cable that came with the Quest 2 to transfer data and even mod games like B&SN.

Probably not PvP Legacy since your game is technically modded, but servers your friends set up you can join without potentially getting banned.
