use a microfiber cloth that looks like this, or similar to this
start from the inside, and make small circles while moving to the outside of the lenses
don't apply a lot of pressure, as a little bit of pressure is enough to get any smudges off without scratching the lenses
make sure you don't use any liquid cleaners
as for the cameras, the same thing applies
