It really depends on what you want, there is the Pico for wireless PCVR, the Quest 2 for cheap PCVR and standalone VR, the HP Reverb G2 if you want a really good visual experience -but your going to want to change the controllers to Valve Knuckles-,.

No, It is going to have standalone PCVR capabilities or you can plug it into your pc, its rumoured to have around 2500x2500 pixels per eye and it has upgraded headphones
