Pico is much better hardware wise, but as Cupri said has much fewer games and will remain that way.

I just got my Pico 4 a few days ago. And like Akhil said the Software and Hardware is much better, but it has much less games. So really you can only play PCVR on it.

This would change in the future though, so maybe get one.
