For Ghost-weak Hau, you may want to EX BP Barry and sync with him along with Lenora before syncing with Cynthia.

For Rock-weak Barry, may want to replace Nemona with Aaron so that he can spam Defend Order after you use SSA Cynthia's TM.

sing hitting allows you to input moves faster, and can allow you to focus on leer. after that, focus on debuffing with moltres. once the AOE hits, then you can sing spam.

you shouldn't need the sun off of Flar blitz, you'll be getting sun off of sync

Silver's strongest move isn't Overheat. It's his sync. Here, I gave him a grid build without the expanded nodes. His EX is worthless here; it doesn't change his stats nor increase his damage against a lone target. So this isn't any different from the Silver you might have.
Lyra is going to want EX (and Solarize and TM MPR); Colress wants Infliction Freebie.
And then you can get a higher score without Raihan, or indeed any Pokéfair pairs. He's holding your team back tbh

yeah I've never gotten 5 Leaf syncs .. you need several full dodges and maybe a para proc too

Since it's ST and has low accuracy
