at most you probably use it twice over the fight after her syncs have built up 8 PMUN stacks - it will do damage and debuff defence
but her sync (and TM refreshes) is main priority. The dream is to get 7 total syncs (5 Cynthia syncs) and squeeze in a last 10 PMUN stack B-move at the end
If you see that 7 syncs is impossible, then just go for 6 syncs and maybe 2 B-moves then
