Started with Dark boost. Bought Rival on A1, Kalos on A5 and A9.

Did H Darach on A10. VH was Anabel, couldn't change weather without losing points.

I wanted to do 2 weeks of this and then 2 weeks of overkill with OP pairs. But this already feels like overkill, so I'm gonna continue to do free/genpool pairs for the rest of Sinnoh.

Aaron - I retried this fight for hours last time with the same team. Best I could do was 2.5k. Hilda was 2/5 and non-EXd. Endurance was hell to deal with.

This time, Adr supp EX, Hilda clears stage with sync. First attempt clear.

Bertha - Same thing. Blow up the stage on 2nd sync.

Lucian - SEUN sync, OHKO mid, Confusion procs + Spiky Shields to clean sides.

Flint - Same as R1 and R2 but it was first sync and Kris is broken.

Cynthia - R4 param, Supp EX quad queue, nuke mid, quad queue Play Rough OHKO right, Play Rough OHKO left.

I'm glad Sinnoh is now the difficulty benchmark for new CS regions though

I mean, it was the shock factor that made Sinnoh Sting/traumatic.
The CS went from being mindlessly easy to you actually have to counter the gimmicks or face a very difficult time - all started with Sinnoh(my favorite Gen of all time ), which why some people still deem it the hardest out of everything

Yeah, this. It's not that Sinnoh and Hoenn are too difficult. They just require more mindfulness compared to other regions except a few fights like Flying weak Koga that make you have to think.

I don't wanna screw over casual/new players, but I hope this trend continues with the next region. And maybe they could raise the cap to 4k/stage. I'd love to have more complex CS stages that are tankier and/or hit harder.

Glacia stages come to mind for hard-hitting stages where I had to sleep/flinch lock to make my supp survive.

They have to add new params before giving us a higher point cap. Even 3k is already pushing the comforts of certain team comps

Aaron - This is the first CSMM stage I ever attempted. Had absolutely no idea what I was doing back then. Well that's changed now, and Hau gets to bask in the glory of finally conquering Electric weak Aaron.

Gave them really low bulk and had half ally hp at start. Flinch to tank, flinch Heal Order, Hau nukes mid and cleans up sides on the next Discharge.

Flint - Thought I'd need to EX Olympia for this, but I was wrong. Nuke + quad queue Stored Power for mid, sides go down to one Stored Power each. Pretty easy clear.

Lucian - Ghost weak with Wise Entry? Yeah, I had no one for this. So we go back to Ol' reliable Poison Stall, this time featuring immortal Mismagius.

I was supposed to do this R1 and Aaron on R3, but I messed up the order in my head and had to tank unnecessarily hard hitting EQs.

Bertha - Same team as the week before last. Could have tried with Brendan, but mine isn't properly invested and frankly, don't like using him. Maybe I'll bring him to more CS stages once I've EXd him.

Cynthia - Half sync. Full offense params. Riley could only eat one move (except Tri Attack), so I needed them to go Move + TM or TM + TM at the start. Had to fish for 50% Max Move crit, couldn't afford Sharp Entry on grid or delay sync for another turn. Sync low-rolled on the run that was successful (it can OHKO sides on high-roll), but fortunately, Riley was able to clean up the stage with -1 accuracy. R1 Aaron - Same story as some of my other clears this time around. Failed this stage miserably with Clay, so we had to come back for revenge.

R2 Flint - One day I'll have Olivia move levesl for Rock weak stages, but today wasn't that day. So stall it is.

Also, next time, I'll have Roark built and ready for this, regardless of what move level Olivia is.

R3 Lucian - Trout back again with some Bugsy/Noland propaganda. Y'all can expect to see me recommend this team to new players if I get the chance. Best bug-type duo in the game and you can't change my mind!

R4 Bertha - K Grimsley massacre.

R5 Cynthia - Brought Winona along for weather change and because she's been benched since it got May.

This was a fun CS rotation for me. Was finally able to conquer all the stages that gave me hell as a noobie. Loved every second!

Next up is Hoenn. The first CS region I cleared with 15k. Gonna try to replicate a few of those clears again whenever possible. But with Anni coming, you can expect to see some OP unit annihilation of Hoenn CS

Some great additions to the roster this month. I don't think it changes much for most game modes. But I'm eyeing a decent LG streak as soon as possible (30- 50). Failed miserably last time going for 30, ended with 23 and a bad case of burnout. Roster has grown a lot since then, might give it another try next time.

Made it to 25 EXR pairs today with Anni Lillie, SS Wally, Chase and SC Selene. All of them contributed to this run!

R1 Sidney - Didn't get to 2nd sync. Destruction.

R2 Glacia - Nuke sides on 2nd sync. +8 PMUN + SEUN V-Create deletes mid.

R3 Phoebe - Needed a 3rd Marnie (1/5) B-move to clear. Cerena was only here to debuff + rebuffs (SEx2 + Phys DR). Marnie and Rosa survived sync, 97k b-move KOd mid right after.

R4 Drake - Hala popping off with Stevens.

R5 Wallace - Tried to 4k off-type this, but couldn't get it after trying a few different teams. With no good on-type options, I decided to bring back Egg Grookey and settle for 3k points. Perma-sun, Solar Blade spam.

R2 Phoebe - This run is too easy as a duo, and relies too much on FMUN procs if solo eva hacks. Maybe someday I'll have the patience to solo this.

R3 Drake - Sync cleared stage.

R4 Sidney - Reset for no Dark Pulse to start. Just needed Steven to stay alive long enough to give Skyla SEUN for sync (used the one from TM for a +6 PMUN Brave Bird). Sync nuked stage.

R5 Wallace - Infinite psychic terrain. Quad queue Stored Power to deny Toxic. Sides took 2 hits each, had to tank an Earthquake from left and a Sludge Wave from right.

The more EXRs you get in general, the more likely you will get averagely 9k or higher
It makes up a lot for the bonuses and covering for stages where you might struggle (field/sprints)

I been clearing my cake coins tickets and PUtickets first week the past 2 month - I think because now I rarely go into a stage with minimum Bonuses

Yup, the EXRs have been helping a lot. Made up for some lost points on A8 with 3 double boosted pairs.

Dare I say, with a good starting boost and seed, might be able to surpass 10k soon.

It still takes me a few weeks to clear the shop, but I always have excess points after buying out coins, PUs and orbs every month now.

R3 Olivia - Post sync. Wikstrom tanked attacks pretty well in shield form. SC Selene tanks sync with 60%+ hp remaining. Flinch fest post sync.

R4 Grimsley - wasted 1 sync CD to get -5 atk. Marnie sync + QQ Iron Head KOs mid. Flinches + denials for clean up.

R5 Red - Post sync. Reset for TM first turn and never let Red get an atk off till the end. As long as Red doesn't Atk, they can't even get to Steven's Endurance.

R1 Glacia - If Glacia hits once, I lose. Reset for double TM to start, replace pre-sync Hail, SS Hilda makes the stage disappear.

R2 Phoebe - 1/5 SC Irida evaded and FMUNed her way past Phoebe. Lives sync if 50%+ hp, double buddy move + sync mid, deny sides and clean up. This one took the most retries by far.

R3 Drake - First attempt, used Jo's outlive setup. Waiting for another AS Steven buff next update. Make it happen, DeNA!!

R4 Sidney - Sidney would be a problem if Gladion wasn't broken enough to clear the stage before it mattered.

R5 Wallace - Phys moves powered up. Geeta clears stage in 4 actions: MS - BMS - TM - BMS.

And with that Hoenn CS comes to an end. Might be my favorite CS month ever, especially given it was anni and how much my roster grew

R2 Hala - First attempt clear. Everything (enemy moves, MGR, didn't get Paralyzed, crits) lined up or this would have taken a while. Hammer Arm spam can be a run killer.

R3 Glacia - Spam Dynamic Punch, sync, win.

Couldn't try the 1-1 on final day @frank island, we were in a rush cause of time constraints. Runner got it down to 8% in a previous round without 1x spd, so there was a good chance he'd get it.

We figured it out pretty quickly, but I wasn't able to get it until a later round when we had time to spare. A lot of minor optimizations went into saving those few seconds. For eg: Hilda TM after Sabrina TM so e-terrain gets canceled.

Also, I wasn't expecting Sabrina to hit this hard. This team in general has some insane burst.

Just wanted to push this team to its limit. Only attempted this during down time between rounds. Was able to get it 3 times. Others were all 1-2.
