First thoughts:

Hala: is made for Riley, Registeel is bad here due to Ground weakness. Poppy is also good here, she has impervious and SE hammmah.
Bea: Gloria/Poppy can be used for Play Rough I suppose. Argenta will be very good here due to +2 Accuracy buffs per Swords Dance.
Poppy: is anti-Bianca and anti-Rei as she’s Flying weak. VThorton is the only one with an Electric attack and Flying sync means you can use Steel Zone freely. sTate is also good here due to TWave since Poppy and Colress will be wanted elsewhere.
Rose: Rei fight definitely. is also an option for Riley though his debuffs are tied to his Steel move rather than Fighting. Colress, Hop, SCDiantha, Summer Hilda’s Topsy Turvy, etc. many options for debuffs, but Rei Hop and Diantha are best, though Snarl hampers Diantha too.
Jasmine: Made for Rose due to Ground weak, AoE and his moves never missing. Argenta is also good here due to previously mentioned Accuracy buffs.

The abundance of EQ and Surf kinda sucks. Jasmine (if ur low on supports) is water weak, Registeel, Lilligaleo, SCShauna, sTate and Colress are ground weak. Rose, Raihan, VThorton are Fighting weak. Rei and Bianca are both Flying weak.
