Basically, use Ground and Dragon type sync pairs to beat all five rounds in order to get points.

If this is your first time, I would just focus on trying to beat the stages at 0 strength.

Once you start to understand the mechanics of each stage, increase the strength.

The score you should be aiming for is going to depend a lot on how invested your account is, this is endgame content so just take the smallest pieces of information at a time for your learning

Arc Cynthia will definitely be able to handle a stage at very high strength, but starting small is good. You can always reset the stages to try them at higher strength.

Experienced players will tell you Arc Cynthia can do a lot more than this (they are also the same people who do 1000 strength on day 1), but you can always reset your runs to score higher so I’m a fan of starting small like this
