you could use him against Maxie or Leon if you still want to take advantage of the Ground weakness but otherwise you have them or Nita to just use brute force, but his 4 gauges will make Maxie's -2 an issue

and tbh for Nita since you need debuffs, most pairs with it use Bulldoze and are slow and there's already few Speed buffers or free gauge pairs as is. BP Nita or Fall Roxanne would be good with him there, especially for helping Foxanne's reduced AoE damage

Should I replace Lance with Cyrus? I won’t candy him and while he has Furious Brain, he and Wally both have Physical syncs so I could only sync with Rika every time, but I would be exchanging useful syncs for worse DPS. I don’t think I could run Cyrus and Lance together without gauge issues. I have SS Cynthia but she's 1/5.
