It’s mainly physical damage. So you prefer ATK debuff and def buff. Accuracy for the +2 evasion he gets post sync. I used Burgh and Lodge Lillie for that.

From what you've got, the best event-appropriate team (I.e. water/fairy units) would probably be Hilbert, Kris and Lodge Lillie (she can debuff attack). You could run May instead of Kris, I'd give both a shot

If you can't/don't want to upgrade Lodge Lillie (understandable!), you might need to bring in a non-Water/Fairy type
