Can someone help me with team building for the fire event? I’m sort of new I kinda suck at team building and I don’t want to waste resources chasing a high score that I can’t get. Do I have a chance with these pairs to reach for ~180K to get the rewards? Any help would be appreciated.

Leaf Evelyn 1/5 and Serena can do like + 800 on Kiawe

If leaf doesn’t have cake you can still do +600-650 probably

But the run SUUUUUUUUCKS

A few notes for you: your Kiawe should be used on Chili however no EX is brutal for this and he gets way worse

Silver should be used on Flannery because your sync moves are much worse, Silver represents a different type of benefit off sync, which is the sun

SS Red should be used on Blaine because he has an evasion gimmick that everyone hates him with a….. BURNING PASSION for, and SS Red never misses

Finally do not be ashamed to use NC Blue for this event, even top 100 players are, he’s AMAZING and a great unit to fill in the gap if you run out of good fires

You not being able to ex is a huge issue. If you could i would suggest a team of Hilda Kiawe Blaine on Chili but both Hilda and Kiawe need ex, so this gets way harder because of that

What i would try to do is probably get as high of a score as you can on Kiawe with leaf. This is going to suck, you’re going to spend hours on it, just try to push through it because the headache of teambuilding with no exs will be worse

After this, max out your score on Blaine by going NC Blue, SS Red, and Hilda.

You can probably get 70k+ with leaf and 60k with Blue and Red.

Then do a team with silver, Ethan, and another fire to try and get as much as you can, and aim for at least 25k

This puts you at 155-160k with 2 stages left. Throw one fire unit and 2 off types at the other two stages and try to get 10-15k on each to drag your corpse across the finish line

The gen pool fire units aren’t very good for this event compared to the others unfortunately, especially if you can’t EX, so it’s really hard to not offtype a lot

If you don’t want to do the leaf clear at 600 strength, and you go for 400 or so instead, i understand, then try to use 2 fire units and one off type striker for Flint and Chili each then to make up points

really good advice from ProB, I agree with pretty much all of it. one thing to note is that if you do evelyn/leaf/serena then use bedazzle 1 on serena, leaf's flare blitz can double it when she attacks and you can debuff the enemies to -6 and potentially have them miss attacks
