Originally I tried various options: BP Zinnia, Iris to Clair, but all of them couldn't deal enough damage to stop Lance from using Crit Shield, because of the lack of optimal partners. Then I switched to poison stalling. Lance has Clean Slate which erases stat debuffs and negativ status conditions/interferences, I figured that normal poison is better. I was so close with Swimsuit Misty, Janine and Viola, but my phone crashed so I left the clear for a bit, then datamine happened. After pulling Adaman, I decided to try him out for a bit and the incident happened

Talking about SC Adaman, his performance was really good. The hardest part is keeping him alive from aoe attacks, tho. His gauge generation was not bad either, even with Courtney holding the team back. Lance died with 3 sync countdown left, which shows how good Adaman is at performing turn denials

Vs. Lance: Double Rosa on the scene Y'all already know how good NC Rosa enhances every Psychic, but not a lot of people notices SC Rosa's useful utility tools for Anni May (I'm sorry Brendan). The problem is they struggling to clear sides, so I would like to take suggestions on improving this team

A10 Very Hard stage is Thorton. Tbh I really wanted Anabel, but Thorton is fine because NC Serena has good matchup against him. At first I used Hop as a recovery bot + adding damage, but the team was extremely vulnerable to special moves despite half cake, so Lodge Wally catched my interest. His evasiveness shenanigans is useless here, but his mixed defense buffs + Growl + aoe healing are not. Thorton ate 3 Serena's syncs before dying, the sides were tanky but they posed no threat except occasionally flinch on Calem

In conclusion this week marks a good achievement of mine, and I'm proud of that Hopefully next week's run will be even better than this week's. Thank you for reading my non sense talk on a silly gamemode

Vs. Drasna (4k): Zerena doesn't care if this is 4k difficulty, she just destroys everything. Sync Damage Guard once again shows its usefulness here

Vs. Wikstrom (3.5k): No zone replacement? No problem! The frogs and the newly caked chicken showed how fast they were when it comes to speedrun

Vs. Malva: Malva hit damn hard, even with a neutral offensive parameter set. Had to pull the ultimate special tank out to teach her a lesson

Vs. Siebold: Another blitz clear, this time with triple bombs (Red's sync -> GMax Drum Solo -> Max Overgrowth). Even the legendary chef can't handle those vines and seeds

Vs. Diantha: My only ontype option is LSerena, she is slow to setup and the post sync Critical Shield is painful. SST Red came to rescue with Shocking Showdown and solid DPS to chip her down, give Serena time to setup and nuke the poor champion

Almost 4k Offtyping with my favorite teams in CSMM

Vs. Grimsley: classic electric team. Nothing much to say here besides Hau having respectable dps, even at 1/5

Vs. Caitlin : SS Gladion's B Move is basically an aoe nuke, so dmg was not the problem. I had to reset a few times because of Steel Wing and occasional flinch from Air Slash/Zen Headbutt. Imagine this with 3/5 Wally and Gladion :lucas

Vs. Marshal: classic fairy onion business. +2 eva on the middle is annoying but Lyra just slapped a big NOPE to Marshal's face

Vs. Shauntal: sadly I had to downgrade to 3.5k points for this stage. Originally tried with Ground team (SSACyn, Courtney and SCAdaman) but no chance, the Poison team didn't make it work either, so the Dragon squad stepped in. Zerena is showing her ages, and so does Lucas. At least his nuke is still serviceable

Vs. Alder: in the middle of the fight, I just realized that I could have just moved Ice team to Shauntal and used the Fire team truly a clown moment. Anyway my newly upgraded 3/5 Iono is very good at enabling special dmg dealers, especially NC Red with his SMUN stacking sync nuke Chase who

Zerena does feel a little weak by modern standards. It’s unfortunate for her that all of the good (read: entirely unbalanced and OP) strikers are getting spread B moves without damage split. You can do a lot worse than offtyping 3.5k though.
