so if i understand correctly, with both def and spdef buffs it reduces dmg by 120% on bar 2 onwards

so really you can just bring either a def or spd buffer and be fine, just be aware that it will deal more damage too

Tornadus #1: quite easy clear, i had to be careful with random and nat crits tho because Jasmine has Antitoxin skill

Registeel #1: damn the golem hit hard, fortunately Serena tanked the bar 2 sure hit Hyper Beam with 10 HP left lol

Latios #2: Acerola bullying the jet plane, nothing much to say

Tornadus #2: This clear was done in auto lol. This took 2 attempts because in the first attempt Numbling Blow refused to proc on bar 2 so the genie spammed Fly and Lucario died.

Registeel #2: I dont want to EX and double candy SS Lyra, so this duo is very a bit overkill
