I had done this earlier, but got unmotivated to post it a bit due to problems with the other video being unfairly removed on other medias (reducing its reach as a consequence), but oh well.
This battle can be quite hard even on-region if you don't have Piercing Blows. Here, I went with a MAX Conductivity grid to delay as much as possible the use of Electric Terrain - Tough Skin 7 makes this stage incredibly bulky, so you'll have to take your time. Luckily, Red can ignore it via B Volt Tackle and once again carries a good chunk of the damage dealt here, but of course, B Thunderbolt can just power through it too - I was aiming for a +4 Special Move Up when using it, but Ash got some high rolls of damage, so he activated his pinch passives a bit too early. Emboar must be damaged because Earthquake can just OHKO the team once it's Sync Buffed, but after you can formulate the strategy, it'd not too hard to replicate.
