extra energy would open Furious Brawn and some sync nodes

you'd be able to sync the 4th time on bar 3... but will get Iron Defense on bar 2

which would be vs a -4 def Regirock

that would do... 10k to 11.5k if 90 Attack in gear

while liquidations do 3.1 to 3.5k
