If you are willing to take notee
Latias use debuffers. Try not to get debuffed too much in bar 1, and hit all of your moves bar 2 just to secure the win. The more you debuff it the easier it goes
For Moltres, use weather change and flinches. Without Sun + proper defense buffs if you are not going for super duper optimals then Moltress doesn't hit too hard at all.
