2 tm mprs required. Use three, fully buff offenses with Lucian and Clefable, growl twice, and sync. Spam Growl while getting Alakazam down to kill range and get a denial on it, ideally using Clefable so Lucian can get another attack drop in. Bar 2 get Latias out of slippery slope range asap and then growl and heal with clefable before you sync. One potion will be popped on bar 2 and the other after the bar 3 earthquake. If you didn't get debuffed too much clefable should survive until icy wind
