I can take 2 units that work but without enough speed, team will not budge
Some solos are atrocious without speed like Grimsley's

the biggest thing is that you're already dealing with a lot of RNG with evasion, catalytic cure will help healing off Icy wind, but that's already going to be more RNG to begin with

I tried to ensure I KO bars with a move and not with a sync
which did not work well
also important is to get a Snatch MPR to remove her +3 accuracy

if you can get catalytic cure/Move gauge refresh to proc after a move when switching to Bar 2, you should be able to Queue Dark pulse for a chance to flinch barring you have enough move gauges
get the flinch, then snatch, then pray for evasion to just not screw you over
granted, I do not know if she will keep doing icy wind after the first flinch.
