If you mean guests who have multiple topics (among the 9) that have a high density of 10pointers (among the 7 within, plus possibly 2 from location)... I have not evaluated that
Also there is a very small, negligible benefit to raising a Guest's FriendLv to 1,000. Their portrait in the Invite menu will have a rainbow frame.

Day -2: Use four interactions and carry the other two over via start&quit
Day -1: Use one interaction and carry the other five (plus the two from the previous day for seven total) via start&quit
Launch Day: 7 interactions carried over, 3 interactions from daily respawn: 10 interactions ready. Use them up and then buy and use the other three (you are not allowed to hold more than 10, so you can't blow all 13 on a single multi-interaction)
Optional: if you decide to use start&quit to carry over the last 3 interactions on Launch Day... this can end up being only one interaction session per day. Useful for busy people!

T minus one day: two interactions carried over, three interactions from daily regen, for five total. Use one interaction (four left) and buy the three in the shop (now seven left). Carry them over.
Release day: 7 carried over plus 3 from regen make 10 interactions. Pow.

However leveling up doesn't directly unlock other topics, it just unlocks other locations that have 2 exclusive topics, but if you switch location you lose pasio and trainer lodge topics, and those are 10 point topics, the only other worth location is the level 40 one since is still two 10 point topics, but it only matters if the hot topic is other or places, but you can't know before selecting the location
Level 40 is the best place for Morty only for who resets for other hot topic
