So, an observation regarding Feel Rings:

After a brief run through of a few Interactions without Rings, I still think they're worth using.
Despite the fact that rolling a topic removes it from the topics pool for that Interaction, Hot Topics are the most valuable if rolled early anyways.
Halving as many Attention drops early on means preserving a higher Attention rate, and thus higher chances of continuing the Interaction.
Otherwise, you run the risk of not being able to use any of the Hot Topics later anyway due to early, larger Attention drops.

Imo, the meta play for maximising your score is this:

1. Buy and use Insight Glasses, Boost Juice, Dig-It Shovel, Feel Ring
2. Do only 1 Interaction at a time
3. Go to Trainer Lodge, except Silver goes to Battle Villa
4. Reset so your Hot Topic is Places, except Silver who prefers Pokemon. This is because these topics have the most 10pts compared to other topics (check Lodge infographics for more info)
5. Pick 2 10pt topics for your first 2, do not pick any Hot Topics yet. Close and restart the game if no 10pt topics/unavoidable Hot Topic
6. Pick 10pt Hot Topic for 3rd topic, triggering Max Vibes. No 10pts? Reset
7. During Max Vibes, pick any 10pt topics. Reset if none
8. If you haven't been dropped yet, use a gift. If there's a 10pt Hot Topic available and you're feeling lucky, you may delay gifting until next topic
9. Prioritise Hot Topics > 10pts > 7pts > 5pts until they're sick of your face

i feel like dupes for stones isn't too bad for supports, since 4* support candies are kinda scarce and the 150 stat increases are basically irrelevant

so in general getting a couple dupes for gastro or exegg with the stones wouldn't be TOO bad

When you think about, you get 990 stones from getting a pair to level 100. That's enough to get their lodge pair to 3/5

Exeggcutor is also not bad.

Rosawott and Silveraligatr are going to be potentially great additions for LG teams, with high flinch chance and one debuffer/one freezer.

Lilliefey also might be a good LG unit.

Sycasaur looks ok, but competing against grass types is a lost cause without EX. Wailmer is in a similar position.

Toxicroak looks quite weak.
