So you can replace one +3 chest by a +2 to have +10 (not ghetsis btw, I was wrong, any other will work tho), put that +3 in your team A and remove one of the +2 from team A

This is a link to an expedition planner where you can plan your team beforehand, this of course also include the value you will get with the various bonus from the Extract items, and will also count the innate +1 on Red and Yellow (For Team A), and +1 on Blue and Rare Cache (For Team B).
How to use it:
- Make a copy of the Google Doc or Save it as File, otherwise you won't be able to edit it.
- You will see various dropout menu, select the region of the sync pair you want in the expedition team.
- After selecting the region, you will see another dropout menu near it, there you will be able to select the sync pair (or simply type the name of the trainer or its pokemon instead of going through the whole dropout menu of trainers).
And it's done, below you will see the end result of what your team will look like in the expedition including the +1 bonus given by the Cheer.
