I created a small and simple Python script to find best combinations for LV10 rare + putting whatever there is left in the other levels
First 3 columns are the trainers, then the calculated score and then each level you should have for this combination for the team + boost

Some teams are not possible as I didn't try to evade trainers with different outfits, but script was intelligent enough to account for 4 if 3 region X and 1 per region Y
Only did 10k combinations which should be enough , but if you need more I can add more lines to the links below

The expected levels you should get are after the scoring column, if you used the combination for the correct team with the correct boost and you don't have the same levels, you can check the pinned document if for your 3 pairs the correct stats are in the document, in case of error in the document or not, DM me with your combination, if there was an error in the document or not and the correct stat in that case and I'll look into it !
There have been errors in the document in the past which result in an incorrect scoring so I'll update the above pastes with the correct teams
I'll also look into combinations with 4, 5 and 6 sync pairs once I figure out how to do that easily and efficiently as the script currently just bruteforces every combination and keeps maybe too much in memory

It's hard to say! If you want to maximize Interactions and the friendship points you get from them, you want to stack Rare. Because Rare Caches are the sole source of tier4 stones

And those buy the most important things: extra Interactions, and the highest-quality gifts
