Scoring is based on rare level * 10 + other levels, it takes in account the max of 10 and min of 0, then applies boost effects and calculates scoring
Only did for 3 character teams but will look into it for 4, 5 and 6, might need to rework my script though lol

Small edit : some teams will not be possible because I did not take into account same trainers in different outfits, though the script did take in account the rule of 4 per X region or 1 for every char of X region
The datasource was based on the pinned document with all stats
