12.5k week cs faves run with legendaries, mythicals, UBs

Not sure why this week but i need a couple of resets against fairy weak Hala, although im using 3/5 annilillie with moonblast grid. Well i kinda not read what passive they have so probably that affects as well...

Steel weak using 2 strikers to take tech damage received increase param. But they does face some gauge problems, still need to wait 10 resets for slowgaleo to become bogoleo

Electric weak not much issue, sshau is a blessing for my roster

Ice weak no issue as well, the ice father and son combo wrecks. Oh my 3/5 mesprit is kinda good, i sync with it for synchro healing and its tm does buff more speed for the team, also def/spdef buffs from its shields

Yep, once i start the game i got lucky by getting maxie and archie, also 1 gladion and lusamine plus they give free oak and solgaleo...since then i make these as my goals and save, iirc i missed gloria, n and lysandre when i joined, i got gloria and lysandre via rerun and N via select scout...you need to be dolphin with buying the cheap 20 days orb bundle, with those gems you can afford select scout for the ones you missed, luckily i only missing 3 when i started so if you are new, you will need to be able to afford more select...also there's 2 selects, sort your faves based on pokefair or seasonal, prioritise the ones that are not in selects such as Master Fairs and Special Costumes, just keep at it diligently and you will get all of your faves goals

Also gauge your gems spending, if the month only give around 30k gems but 4 faves appears and you have 0 savings prior, you might skip or try 1 unit if you can still reach pity with next month's gems, i was lucky because in my first year of playing there's kinda nice gap between faves releases

So im able to save gems back then

Also like last year's anniv that are fat with gems, i only have 1 fave during the period so i save all other remaining gems to my stash

R3: Well its post sync, probably due to i get enemy sync countdown -1 param oh also the 3rd round sync extra param. But N plus elec terrain has an amazing bolt strike damage.
R4: Presync, not much to tell Zerena that trapped all, ssbrendan mid -spdef debuff + dragon zone, iirc her sync does 30k damage to all.
R5: Wow im surprised that ssAcerola is still alive post sync, well and by that time Gladion and FallIris already hit enemies with 8k multi attacks and 10k hyper beams

On your previous run share Vantner, you got sync'd by the opponent while you still have 3 cd on your sync which seems to indicate some gameplay struggles, so i wouldn't say that the pair is underwhelming. Obviously if you do not pre-sync, triple queue correctly or use strats such as turn denial you're gonna struggle. Forcing too much gauge usage with dual damage can also be a problem of course.
Crush grip oneshots sides (even at 1/5 in some cases), which means it's one of the most reliable pair out there for turn denial and the fall-off is irrelevant.
It's also important to properly manage the max move for it not to be a hindrance in your sync cycle.
i heavily suggest looking at some more Palmer showcases out there from adeq, sages & mael to adapt the gameplay a bit better as it can also improve the experience a lot! I don't want Paramatma to get discouraged thinking Palmer is bad, this is litteraly the opposite.

It was just one flinch, i wouldn't really call that flinch hax, it's definitely not required. Parameters can be adapted, but some players tend to use ally halved hp over str or atk parameters as it reduces possible threats. It's definitely a good idea when running a healer for example.

Yep thats why i said he can perform with better partner in here, because removing standard damage reduction and trying to take advantage of normal zone so there's around 500 points that you need you need to fill up...if people did like me and cover it with strength params, the enemy will still be stronger than usual thus the big damage he dishes out will not be so apparent. So it is still hard to justify using him compared to ontype or having better partners like ssacynthia that give sinnoh flag bearer plus defensive buffs so that palmer can be tankier just like that animation above the video

He is strong, not gonna lie but is he worth using compared to ontype that require less team requirements and allow you to pick easier params? If you think he is worth the hassle then sure, get him, he also easily clears legendary arena bosses like what i posted

I myself will still use him for poison weak clear, well until i get another poison damage dealer fave...gonna stop using him for fairy weak as sycamore+ssmina+moonblast annilillie team are easier to handle

Unless you have several well invested on-type limited or recent gen pools that can on-type comfortably, Palmer should be a better pick off-type regardless.
The same way off typing with recent pairs is better than going on-type.
Example using SS Hilda on bug weak over Noland, Bugsy, Lusamine etc...
We often encourage people to avoid the stigma that on type is always a solution, especially when they're benching powerful pairs out of fear of offtyping
