my caution is this: you're likely to need to spend a whole pity to get anyone

but you want both ingo and emmet eventually

so you might be better off trying on a higher rate banner where you might be able to walk away before pity

and again their reruns are commonly joint with other pokefairs at good rates so in general a better deal

as someone who is also chasing a single older rerun Pokefair (Lear) and actually has a gem stash so could theoretically burn them here... not going to do it

yup! one approach to gem zenning is making a list of saving goals or targets

it motivates you to save your gems because you think about what you could need them for in the future

for example submas were one of my main goals when i started playing last year

and eventually after several months and careful spending i got them all :)

i had decent luck; Emmet came on the first multi, Ingo was near-pity, and the butlers took one pity combined. but i was only able to do it by saving (Ingo banner was also the month before anni haha)

after that i pivoted to saving for unova NC (now finished) and hisuian characters and I'm still doing that now

if you just want to treat it like BV for gems you can quickly run through the easy mode versions

a lot of the time i start it doing VH and then it's ten minutes to weekly reset so i just smash through the medium stages for the last bit and the easy area 10 😅

Fighting a stage with Hail and HE9 Freezes is fine when it has a normal amount of HP and you can predict it, not when the stats are inflated and potentially get less rewards for bringing antigimmick pairs

the new event format, the best way to maximise your stamina is to just spend enough stam to reach a certain amount of points where your remaining dailies can get you to 10k

unless u just want to be done with it and not even bother with the daily stage
