You need the pins to lock the effects you wanted so around 6 pins for each gear...so just chill and wait for them to distribute more of those resources like the certificates...i even able to make 71 faves level 150 now, the certificates used to be hard to get

by all accounts, IT IS A MIN-MAXING THING

Depending on scenarios both LG and HS share a common interest in type and themes
Those gears gives 3 type/theme covering and a lot of stats each plus 3 passives each
You have more coverage by having the gear working on example Grass MC Villain rather than pure grass
Yeah half stats are something but the sum of possible stats and passives could be way higher

I locked because i already planned to make this set as normal gear in long game. So just chill and enjoy and complete your ideal gear slowly when the resources becomes easier over time
