The ncs set rebuff on

• first attack
• first sync
  So red sets 3 and 3 (blizzard and striker sync)
  Blue sets 3 n 3 (discharge + striker role ex)
  Moltres sets 3 n 1 (leer + ST sync)

They're surely busted but both them and role ex feel humongously unnecessary

So only consider if you're immensely struggling on content or are faves
