Sadly the only way that dailies become "worth it" is if you do them consistently for a long period of time and even then you are NOT guarunteed what you want

BUT you will pick up, on avg, if you do an infinite amount of dailies, a PokeFair (2%) every 50 dailies. Since banners only run for like 2-3 weeks you can see how you can miss things you want / faves if you do more "selective" dailies

But not everyone has that money to throw around
