So uh, I’ve never used Apple Cup before and I think I’m in a rare scenario where it’s better to go Apple Cup VH (Darach) over H (Leon )

How broken exactly is it? Is it reasonable to ignore Darach’s gimmick entirely while having no other BR items?

quick sync accel helps you to stack sync buffs very fast so dealing dmg to him is not a big problem

Just got nemona A10, and was brutal

I had +200% stats and +200% attack I had to get another 100% attack and was still clutch

Maybe the team wasn't the bestest, but it could have countered her gimmicks

If they attack you in electric terrain you are dead

If you don't keep them rebuffed (or trapped/confused) you deal 1/3 of damage

She resets electric terrain on sync and at endure (luckily is only one endure at 60%) sync gets rids of rebuff for the whole team (and I guess interference too)

Sides can heal interference with x items

If you don't take her out before second sync she uses dire hit all + just before second sync

If you take her out before the sides the sides will just reset electric terrain and start spamming overdrive

She doesn't, but has flinch/sleep/freeze immunity I guess

I think anni may could work, but you really want AOE to get rid of the sides

I used NC Serena + SS Acerola + NC leaf with 200% stats and 300% offenses and was really clutch

I mean with those buffs generally I can destroy any old A10 as long as I can at least counter the gimmick

In the end you have to make sure to reduce her ho to 60% just after her 1st sync (you have a spare turn when she uses x attack so you don't die due to electric terrain) but you really want to defeat her before second sync and have the sides at least in range of getting one shot

And probably that's not even the hardest ub, Nolan will just Destroy you even with apple cup if you don't bring something with fly/protect

I guess nemona too will destroy you with apple cup if you can't at least get rid of electric terrain

Not sure how fissure will interact with apple cup or half cake, if it still one shots, or just deals damage equal to half your max HP
