If you want build some pinned skill gears, you need to create a good base
Like save those gears where you rolled Crit Moves 3% or Critastrophe 3% as third passive, lock it with an ever pin
Then apply a feather that gives Main Character as third theme. Lock that theme and then just roll the stats

Weather or other stuff offer just 3% dmg boost, so Critastrophe or Crit moves is overall better and universal
Unless you wanna build specific gears like electic, paralyzed opponent can have up to 5% multipliers both sync n moves

Very unsure of how I want to balance out my selections to maximize score

(Pattern is the only one you get off of Area 1 field/sprint)

Oh and my starting item was trial giver upgrade but I got a main character upgrade in the shop before area 1 becuase I'm not insane
