If you are close and poison is the problem, you could slot in Gordie instead of Melony, and replace her with a better support. Gordie gives you more sun up-time so Team Solar Immunity will prevent that poison

The trick is having a unit that is BOTH roles (through EXR cakes) grants you double the multipliers.
