Maybe Headstrong on ArcLance can reduce some issue? I used Headstron in my NC Blue + SS Misty + 1/5 ArcLance clear and he always survived longer than I expected even tho he got debuff a lot in the end.

That's because you're not supposed to brute force them because they have gimmicks that you need to check because if you don't, you deal 1/3 of the damage or they just completely one shot you because you didn't counter their gimmick

There're indeed cases that some team can just brute force them without caring any gimmicks (looking at you steel team), but most of the time you are better of building teams around the gimmick.

Ya mix leaf. I could try a different comp. She's nice because she can do atk/sp atk debuffs. My Eusine is 3/5 but he needs 5/5 for atk/sp atk debuffs I think. I have 4/5 Avery which might work and give another Galar boost.

Psychic wish is whenever Nemona puts up terrain, that’s when she syncs and gets to 60% Hp

Just use terrain at 60 and after her sync
Grid mpr if possible to avoid ET from side going out of hand, or just kill sides before
