I saw you have NC Blue, so you can try this. Lodge Leaf has confusion so you don't need trap at all.
My lodge Leaf is 4 star and survive both 1st sync and max move at +6 spdef and opponents at -6 spatk.
Save NC Blue's bmove until when they use aoe move and Leaf can't protect the team from getting status.

A pair with status immunity and escape artist (or vice versa) is needed for the stage since Ingo & Emmet both inflict trap and some type of status whether it’s burn or paralysis and spread it to your allies if your tank doesn’t have those passives/skills. You also need to inflict a negative status change (trap, confusion or flinch) in order to do damage or else their defenses are tripled

For the Ingo & Emmet fight, most status & trap moves are st and spread by go viral passive until 2 move before their 2nd sync or Emmet dies, so you only need your tank to have status & trap immunity if you kill them fast enough.

It boosts their dmg but not giving them any dmg reduction.
Your dmg won't be lower even when they have +6 spdef, unless -spdef is your multiplier (in Lucian's case)
