You get a medal as well as access to Master Mode, a harder version of Champion Stadium if you use all 18 types to beat that region’s stadium. So try to include as many types as possible each week. This takes a minimal of two weeks to do because you can only use 15 sync pairs each week

My general advice would be to grid Cyrus, Giovanni, and Sycamore and let them loose as long-term investments.

With 31k orbs definitely grid Karen, IMO. She can destroy Agatha with grid and can use just Rosa + a 3rd Sync Pair as teammates (Skyla's a solid one). Speaking of which, Rosa's EX is free, definitely recommend getting it.
For Lance you could either run Syacmore as a damage-dealer with Sabrina + 3rd pair as teammates or off-type with SS Ethan.
I'd also recommend that you have at least 9 different types total used this week so you can unlock Master Mode next week. You've got 4 right now: Electric, Water, Steel, and Ground. Karen would offer a 5th, which means 4 more types across your 3 battles. Should be easy enough

For Karen the vital tiles are Sync Power Flux, Devastation, and Satisfied Snarl. IMO also grab Dark Pulse Overpower. Other tiles depend on her teammates

Well for Bruno I would suggest seeing how far SSR and Blaine gets you. Should be pretty far.
For Lance you might take Mina for debuffing and damage afterwards, can add Hop to tank, and then a healer third. Maybe Skyla.
For Blue I'd suggest Cyrus, Roxanne, and Winona, and if that doesn't work than Koga, Janine, and Sycamore. Both will need a bit of gridding, but the Cyrus one a bit less as you just need his crit rate up

Then later you delay your sync
By queueing up moves when the counter was already going to hit 0
And then while syncing you don’t queue up any other moves
And you stop queueing moves almost completely after your sync?
Anyway it’s a move queue issue. If you can queue faster you’ll win!

As for round order: Lorelei (take advantage of the permanent MGA and Dragon Zone), Bruno, Agatha, Lance
Agatha R3 may be a double edged sword, but SS Kris can buff teamwide defenses and Ghetsis can noble roar Agatha's offenses (which you want for his nuke multipliers anyway)
My Ghetsis survived Agatha's sync just fine at presync 2k, but you do need to debuff her attack and special attack. so at 850 points, Ghetsis should live
