Problem with RatOS config

hello i have a old V-Core3 maschine with SKR 3 H723and Toolboard BIGTREETECH EBB36 v1.2 both USB. I can fash both board but on the point confirm your setup i see Toolboard is conected but the SKR3, see screenshot...

The online help says use othe USB Cabel but this helps not!

I can not save the configuration, because i got errors from Klipper, see here

did you install the newest ratos and update it before trying to run through the configurator? Use these steps:

2. Connect to hotspot
3. Setup wifi through configurator (and let it reboot)
4. Go to /config
5. Refresh update manager
6. at this point nothing should be invalid, all green. IF THAT'S NOT THE CASE stop here and post your moonraker.log
7. Update only the RatOS package(NOT configurator).
8. Update RatOS configurator (this takes awhile, if the mainsail output of the update process hangs, let it sit for 10 minutes and then refresh the page, Ctrl+Shift+R)
9. Restart moonraker service (click power icon in the top right of mainsail, click the refresh button next to moonraker under "service controls")
10. Reload mainsail (Ctrol+Shift+R)
11. Refresh update manager
12. "RatOS" should be gone from the list. Everything should be green and have several updates except RatOS configurator (ignore the klipper errors). If it's not, stop here and post your moonraker.log.
13. Click update all.
14. Done.```

i did all your steps but it didn´t work! I still have the same situaltion that i can´t save the config!

the config recognized the SKR3 board

i can select all the hardware configs

and in end i got this and i can´t save the config

here are the logs. i don´t have any idea, since 2 days i am trying to finish this setup but it is not working! This printer works befor with a old version of RatOS but with the latest RatOS it will not run! pls help! Thanks

So weird. I'm really not sure what to try next and am about to head to work. I'll try thinking of what else to check

ja the funny thing this printer was runnig with a very version of Ratos and when i ignore this confugurator and copy the old printer.cfg and the old fold Ratos i can run printer homing....but when i try to print the printer is calling a marco an i got a error message from Klipper. I have try to find this marco but i can´t find! What here could help is a work printer.cfg and the folder RatOS with all files.

It's so so weird that you can't save the config that the configurator has generated

Try another mainboard (obviously skip flashing attempts) and see if you can just get a config that'll save?

Kinda just trying to verify the ratos install isn't completely borked

Too weird. You followed the instructions to update ratos I pasted above? No errors? Update manager is happy?

Maybe try another SD card

I tried a different SD Card and a different PI. I get the same Error

can you send me the a running printer.cfg and macro.cfg?

Hello I am asking again for help.....I follow the manual...update first RatOS package and after ratos-configurator and at last update all components. I begin when flshing the board and the toolboard....this runs. I choose the hardware things and the system says board is not connected

but when i use the linux console i saw the SKR3 Board and Toolboard

I have changed the SD card, change raspi, change SKR board, flashes the OS Versions RatOS-v2.1.0-RC1, RatOS-v2.1.0-RC2, I can not save the config, very time I press "Save and Confirm" I see this:

I am trying run back the system since one week but the is no succsess. I am totally frustrated. I have ask for a printer.cfg file from a running machine but I got nothing! I am asking again for help. Please
