This means that klipper is trying to connect but any of the connected usb is not responding. Either a toolboard, the octopus or beacon.
Ssh to the machine and send
ls /dev/serial/by-id/*
and post the results, please.

i can check what is the IP of my machine, i tried writing on the comand promp the comand "ssh ratos@printer ip and it says

If you use command prompt, the command is not correct
ssh pi@machine_ip
type yes for the question and the pass is raspberry

don't think so. Because rator doctor is on the latest versions of ratos

it was upto date till an hour ago, then i refresehed the update manager and now i have two files invalid:
i didnt made any changes.. only refreshed it.. ive been refreshing it for 5 days now and this was the only time this hapened. right now
both files only have the hard recovery option

i decided to flash another sd card with a fresh operating system, but now i have another problem
Instructions say to update Ratos first. and then Ratos configurator.
its now my second atempt at that and in the midle of the update of Ratos configurator it stops doing anything. on the tab says error and it stays like this for a long period of time. after this, the Ratos file gets invalid and i cant get to the dashboard again.
any ideas?

wonder if something is timing out, are you able to get it connected toa faster internet connection?

after flashing the firmware for the 4th time it went thru, the internet is fast and the router is one meter away. but in the end is done 🙂 thanks for the help

now the machine was working ok. and printing. i turned it off for the day.. when i turned it on now. it has the following error and cant get to the dashboard and all the fans are working at full speed.
any thoughts?

What modifications to Ratos.cfg did you do previously?

none.. i opened the printer cfg and it was completely empty, im starting to get really frustrated with this purchase

cant tell anymore. i decided to flash the SDcard again and start over. i will put it to all the steps i did before and see what it does... thanks for the help

For sure. Rebooting will reset any manual changes to ratos.cfg, but shouldn't touch printer.cfg. make sure to reboot once configured again, I'm almost thinking there's an issue with the SD card? So weird.

Well now everything is installed and seems to be working. I've been trying to adjust the belt tension. But im experiencing all kinds of layer shifts in all directions
Do i need to go check the voltage on the potentiometers on all drivers or there is another solution that I need to look into?

layer shifts are something mechanical. Double check your pulleys are tight on motor shafts, that belts are juust tight enough to not skip, and that you're in "Performance Mode"
