Over-extrusion maybe? First layer looks okay cause the offset is too high to compensate perhaps

Measure the height of the head, command it to move 100mm away from the bed, re-measure. Double check that it's moving the right amount?

i tried to print a big benchy 2times and it looks very similar and same problems the front side shift a little bit higher than rest.

i dont think that its a over extrusion
