How do I get Y0 to the front left of the Printer? It currently is on the back right side and I'm not quite sure how I'll get it to the left front so it is X0/Y0. The z tilt positions are also swapped Back left and back right, but I guess that has to do with Y0 nor being in the front left. As far as i know the vc4 hybrid homes t the front, but there has to be a way to change that to the back right.

You make sure your driver slot assignments match the steppers they're wired to in the RatOS hardware configurator. It seems your wiring isn't following the RatOS wiring defaults. You may also need to change the direction of the x/y steppers.

Please note that you can't use an unmodified VC4 hybrid config for a modded VC3.1. At the very least you need to modify the bed_margin_* variables from RatOS.cfg (copy/paste into printer.cfg).
