I can't figure out what setting to change. Everything is configured. Here is the error when I try to print from Prusa Slicer or OrcaSlicer

Error evaluating 'gcode_macro START_PRINT:gcode': gcode.CommandError: Toolhead x-offset is too high for the available parking space. Calibrate your X and DC endstop positions and make sure you stay below 1mm.

@cold topaz , I moved my tears to here.

cold topaz
#

Toolhead x-offset is too high for the available parking space
you need to properly tune your endstop positions according to the comissioning guide

ripe harbor
#

@cold topaz , I've tuned the T0 but T1 keeps being 511 then I adjust with the tool and when I test the change it still won't go back to the T1 edge.

#

best I've got so far:

[Variables]
idex_applied_offset = 0
idex_xcontrolpoint = 214.667355583814
idex_xoffset = -4.496388117184296
idex_ycontrolpoint = 529.7027809388774
idex_yoffset = -0.19168167161660676
idex_zcontrolpoint = -1.7859374999891466
idex_zoffset = -0.0059374999018411145
idex_zoffsetcontrolpoint = -5.392812499885313
nozzle_expansion_applied_offset = 0
nozzle_expansion_coefficient_multiplier = 1.0

#

i re-alinged the frame

cold topaz
#

you also need to correctly calibrate the T1 endstop

ripe harbor
#

I'll start over the T1 endstop goes exactly over the edge at -15. Over the middle of the edge like in the illustration.

cold topaz
#

well, you are 5mm off

#

so one of the x endstops, or maybe both, are off

ripe harbor
#

Ok i'll start over now

#

You said that i can just start from current values and don't need to start from default T0 and T1 endstop values, correct.

cold topaz
#

yes

#

doesnt matter fro where oyu start

ripe harbor
#

ok

#

T0 perfect

#

T1 511 pushed through config

#

adding to Printer.cfg now

#

also updating new bed pargin, park and load posistions at the same time

cold topaz
#

still looks 4mm off

#

please run _VAOC_RESET and try again

ripe harbor
#

I'm confused man. I run the tool and it actually keeps getting me further from the edge

cold topaz
#

please run _VAOC_RESET this wil lreset any offset you have made

ripe harbor
#

ok

cold topaz
#

then redo the endstop calibration

#

you should have on both side about 60mm space, but your T1 says you have 4mm left, so there is something off

ripe harbor
#

ok I reset

#

after reset the T1 stayed the same for edge and T0 improved.

#

Should I run VAOC now?

cold topaz
#

yes

ripe harbor
#

Thank you

#

let me do z offset now 🙂

#

@cold topaz , I was hitting my head on the table bro.

cold topaz
ripe harbor
#

its the z offset that makes you feel better by losing brain cells 🙂

#

Perfect toolhead z-offset of 0.011875mm!

You have a perfect toolhead z-offset!

#

time to print man!

#

I'll keep you up to date, let's see if it prints

ripe harbor
#

@cold topaz , I'm checking prusa settings: Error evaluating 'gcode_macro _BEACON_APPLY_RUNTIME_MULTIPLIER:gcode': ZeroDivisionError: float division by zero

#

It printed first T0 then at swap it errorered with this  6x then stopped

#

I guessi should close this one and open another

#

ok

#

let me do that.
