Hi ! I had the same issue wen I installed the idex kit.
Everything worked ok restarting the configurator from scratch (Not reusing my existing configuration)

open the configurator, select another printer, then move back and select idex again

Yeah it seems to be an issue only when merging the IDEX config. Will fix this today.
