Hi guys

I have tried to install Ratos on a raspberrypi 4B but when I try to flash the image file from the Ratos github, balena ecter will not verify what it has flashed because it thinks there is an error in the image file? and I cannot bring up the web interface when I have logged on to the Ratos hotspot

What could I have done wrong?

and if I install mainsail on the same raspberry pi it works as it should, but I would prefer to use Ratos. unless someone has a printer.cfg for Ratrig vcore 3.5 (500 x 500mm) lying around that I would like to be able to correct so that it fits my machine

I had the exact same issue today. Unpacking the xz file you have downloaded and flashing the unpacked image did the trick for me.

There seems to be issues with the latest balena release. Try raspberry pi imager (don't use any of the fancy features, just flash it - don't try to setup wifi or change the user etc) or RUFUS
