i am very confused by the wavy mesh i get, could someone plekase elaborate what is happening? i watched the leveling video a couple of times and already adjusted a lot regarding the classic height at C and low point at D.
I did already unscrew and retighten the lineair rail on the x axis but no succes yet.
I also read through a lot of older posts but couldnt find a solution.
Thanks in advance!

You shouldn't really touch much the corners uintil you fix your X gantry.

#

Your X gantry goes like this:

#

This is of course exaggerated butz you get the point.

#

Red points mean that its closer to the bed, while blue points show its further away.

#

Do fix this you can try to unscrew all of the rail bolts.

#

And then screw them one by one, from one side to the other, with a torque wrench or try to torque it the same as you go.

#

Secondly it could be that the extrusion itself is just a bit bent, then I suggest either by hand pushing and pulling the extrusion based on the mesh, or disassmble the X and putting the rail and the extrusion seperatly on a flat surface, and then put books or something over night so it straightens up.

Could you also clarify the dip along the y-axis?

Don't touch the Y axis till you fix the X

#

Because X can cause false positives on Y

#

When you fix X then you cna work on the Y

#

And see if its the rail or the bed itself.

I will try to fix the x axis when I have time, I already loosened and tightened the linear rail but to no succes.
