Keep getting results like this no matter what i do with the belts. Whats with the weird spike at 50hz? The rest seems very good but nothing seems to tune out the spike.

If axes shaper comes out well, your belt graph doesn't matter. Seems like you almost have them at equal tension. Worry about the spike if IS looks wonky

it matters, it's a lot easier for the input shaping to reduce one sharp peak, than a jagged mess with 100 hz range.
if the X,Y graphs look like a mess it means there's hardware problem that need to be addressed, both for print quality and longevity of the mechanical parts.
