Are there any tricks in slicers which can help eliminating those gaps around hole on supported area?

have you tried increasing infill/perimiter overlap?

#

Although looking at your image closer up it looks like your flow rate is too low

Are there any specific flow rate config for those areas? The rest of the part are perfect in terms of flow

To make sure we are on same page - the part is upside down on photo, the problematic area is just on top of support

oh so thats bridging?

#

what support type are you using?

#

organic would be ideal for these, I think

This looks like the nozzle went all the way to the inside-wall of the hole, but there was nothing underneath it, so the filament didn't stick there. Maybe try decreasing the support pattern spacing? Do you have a screenshot of the slicer what the layer below (i.e. the support layer) looks like?

This part should be printer facing down. Follow this picture for the orientation of the parts

@pseudo verge This part printed differently for a reason: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5513555

As I suspected. You need to make the dark green lines closer together. And maybe also the light green support structures below also, depending on how much sagging you get etc.
