#Problems with Octopus Pro H723 V1.1

i tried now multiple things. i tried falshing via sd card, whichd did nothing. i used the STM32 Programmer with my PC, and i tried it with this method as also with the wizard.
@NAPCAL, while I appreciate you posting this, can I say that as somebody who just spent 12+ hours getting CAN running on the Octopus and CAN toolhead boards that your script wouldn’t be any more helpful to somebody who is new to setting up CAN on their Octopus than the other references found here, on Reddit and the various sundry places Google s...
whats also interesting is, that my Octopus Pro H723 1.1 is the only one without a RJ11 plug... it has directly a CanBus Connection
Please make sure the pi is connected to wifi or ethernet before getting to this point.
So I tried really everything now. I flashed the firmware via canboot and Klipper and when the boot0 jumper si set it shows after an lsusb this: Bus 001 Device 009: ID 1d50:606f OpenMoko, Inc. Geschwister Schneider CAN adapter
With the jumper set it shows this:
Bus 001 Device 008: ID 0483:df11 STMicroelectronics STM Device in DFU Mode
So I really don’t know what to do anymore and it pisses me off because ratrig sold it as „setup wizard and go“ but the documentation is kinda lacky especially for the octopus pro h723 v1.1 which they sell in the package.
All of this is available on the RatOS hotspot. There's some kind of issue with klipper not compiling correctly if it hasn't connected to the internet, i'm currently not sure why. That's why it's important that you verify your pi connected to wifi before proceeding to flash your board (it fails at the version check if not connected).
Canboot is not supported in RatOS. If you flashed the Canboot bootloader (which means you went off script) you're gonna have to ask BTT for the original bootloader and put that back on there.
Also there's just as much documentation for the H723 as for the 446. It's the same board, just a different mcu. Behaves the same.
