MCU could be your octopus OR your toolboard. Make sure the USB connection is solid to both.
I switched my usb cable twice
I don’t have a toolboard
It worked fine before

There is nothing wrong that I see with your config. Further, since it was working that points again to a bad connection so check your wiring
