Idk what’s happing but the infill causes this

Is this petg? Looks like over extrusion but I'm not quite sure what you think the infill is causing

also the filament doest seem to be melted properly bc its so matt not glossy

Petg is one of the most difficult materials to dial in - at least for me... Seems that it has a more narrow window of parameter values that yield good, consistent, prints.
