I have a Fabreeko edge to edge heater with a 3950 thermistor

#

The Printer has been fine for several months, no issues.

#

I started to get this error after enclosing it and attempting to print ABS

#

Initially I had several 2+ hr prints go well

#

And then Started to error randomly during prints (between 20mins and 2hrs into a print)

#

I have done a fresh PID tune at 100c for the bed

#

Also have been trying to insert and play with these values. I'm not even sure i'm on the correct path here

#

I never had intentions of printing ABS on the V-minion but my prusa is down at the moment and am trying to print the parts for my upcoming enclosed V-Core build. If I can't this sorted I'll be having to order printed parts.

#

And the Build of this V-minion is from the RatRig kit. the only parts that differ are a Revo hot end and the Fabreeko edge to edge bed heater.

otherwise I would do a general check of your wiring to ensure nothing is loose or broken

#

if it still is having issues, I would contact Fabreeko

It's got to somewhere in the hardware. I checked connections in my electronics box and reseated them just to be safe (though they were solid as is). Just now printing some petg to test things out I had the same error. I do have the standard bed heater that came with the kit so may be swapping over to that.
